Server log files
For secure and technically reliable operation, the server may process IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser information and status code. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for as long as required for security and troubleshooting.
Local visitor and download statistics
To understand the use of our website and improve its content and technical operation, we generate visitor and download statistics directly on the TNSystem server. We store the full IP address, date and time, requested page or download, product and version for downloads, the initial landing page and visit identifier, referrer domain and path, and a sanitised referring URL where transmitted (including selected public page identifiers, but excluding credentials, fragments and other query parameters), referring source, search engine and search term where transmitted, and the UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term where present. Browser language, requested website language, complete user agent, recognised browser, operating system and device type are also recorded. A pseudonymous visitor identifier is created from the IP address and user agent to distinguish recurring visits. The original attribution is retained within a 30-minute visit so that internal page changes and downloads can be assigned to the initial source. The country is determined approximately from the IP address using a locally stored DB-IP Country Lite database; the visitor IP address is not transmitted to DB-IP or another geolocation provider. The data is accessible only through a protected internal area and is retained for up to 24 months. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in measuring reach and downloads, improving content and ensuring reliable operation.
Contact form
When you submit the form, we process your name, optional company, email address, optional telephone number and your message to respond to the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business communication. Data is sent through TNSystem’s protected mail infrastructure and retained only as long as required for the enquiry and statutory obligations.
Cookies and external services
The website uses one session cookie for security functions such as CSRF protection and to retain the original attribution during the current visit. The local visitor statistics do not set an additional analytics cookie. No external analytics or advertising trackers, externally hosted fonts or social media plug-ins are loaded.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing where the legal requirements are met. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
